Eurofirms, a leading, Spanish Human Resources company, has launched a Chain of values to share special moments at Christmas, donating all the funds raised by the campaign to the Fight AIDS Foundation. This charity initiative aims to transmit Eurofirms values, inspire companies with our value-based management model in which people and their well-being are seen as a priority, and contribute to a socially sustainable world, encouraging our clients to follow the Eurofirms Chain of Values.
Over the coming days Eurofirms consultants will give boxes out to clients of our company, containing a book of vouchers so that they can share special moments with their nearest and dearest. The vouchers are for moments to share, like having a coffee or a meal, giving each other a hug, doing sport together or going to a meeting with the manager, among others. The book is made up of two types of vouchers: blue ones, to be given by the Head of Human Resources to each person on their team, and orange ones, to be given to their loved ones, because Eurofirms sees our clients as real people, with professional and personal lives. The book of vouchers consists of ready-made vouchers, but also some empty ones, so everyone can personalise their messages and share the Eurofirms Chain of Values.
For every box given, Eurofirms will donate 30 euros to the Fight AIDS Foundation, whose work focuses on research, developing vaccines and applying therapeutic and prevention strategies. This is the second consecutive year that Eurofirms has donated the funds from our Christmas campaign to the Fight AIDS foundation, and last year 30,000 euros were donated to three of this foundation’s humanitarian causes.
This year’s campaign is also taking place online where all users can share vouchers, personalise their messages and send them by e-mail to the person they chose. This initiative will also be promoted on social networks and anyone who wishes to can share vouchers using the hashtag #EurofirmsValueChain.
