The Eurofirms Group, the leading Human Resources company in Spain, ended 2019 with a turnover of more than 437 million euros in Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Chile, representing an increase of more than 13% compared with the previous year. 2019 was therefore a year of major expansion and growth for the company, the fourth largest in the sector in Spain and acknowledged by The Financial Times as one of the 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe for the third consecutive year.

This growth is not only due to the company’s upward path in recent years, but also because it’s a technological company that is committed to a value-based management model; this is one of the reasons why it has become a market leader for quality in the Human Resources sector, confirming the strength of a business model that puts people and their well-being first when it comes to achieving the best results.

More than 220.000 hirings in 2019

The Eurofirms Group’s main service is the recruitment, selection, training and provision of temporary workers for companies in all sectors, an activity that witnessed 220,000 hirings in 2019, an average of over 20,000 active workers per day.

The company’s service portfolio is complemented by other business lines, such as the selection of executives and middle managers by Claire Joster, the outsourcing of services under its Inneria brand, training and professional development through Talent Savior, the employment marketplace via the CornerJob mobile job search platform and the standardisation of the status of people with disabilities by the Eurofirms Foundation.

Expansion of the branch network and increase in the workforce

2019 was also a year of expansion for the company, which broadened its international operations by opening a market in Chile, where the company now has two offices that provide a range of people management services. The emergence of Eurofirms in Chile comes two years after the company gained a foothold in the market in 2017 in the Netherlands, where it has an office in Eindhoven, and 6 years after its arrival in Portugal, where it has operated since 2013. In 2019 the Company had a total of 133 branches, 110 of them in Spain, 20 in Portugal, 2 in Chile and 1 in the Netherlands.

The aim of the Eurofirms expansion process is to continue offering a localised high-quality service, and therefore the greater activity and opening of new branches have been accompanied by an increase in the workforce, which now exceeds 1,000 professionals.
