Acquisition of CornerJob

Eurofirms has acquired Job Digital Networks, owner of CornerJob and a company with two business lines: A marketplace for jobs and temporary employment. Job Digital Networks recorded a turnover of 4.7 million euros in 2018. With this new acquisition, Eurofirms increases its presence domestically and internationally and continues with its commitment to innovation.

Eurofirms is strengthening its position as the top human resources company in Spain with the acquisition of Job Digital Networks, owner of CornerJob and a company with two business lines: the Employment Marketplace, a mobile job search platform with a volume of 40,000 monthly downloads, and temporary employment. In 2018 the company Job Digital Networks recorded a turnover of 4.7 million euros.

This new acquisition forms part of Eurofirm’s constant investment in technology to place it at the cutting edge of innovation. Furthermore, the company is increasing its domestic and international presence in countries such as Italy and France, and provides its customers with an even more comprehensive service, offering solutions for temporary employment, outsourcing, custom projects on the customer’s premises, outplacement and the integration of people with disabilities, which is carried out by the Eurofirms Foundation.

The staff at Job Digital Networks, which comprises 56 people, has been progressively integrated into operations at Eurofirms, whose staff number more than 850 professionals.

The company’s expansion process, which now has a network of 123 offices (105 in Spain and 18 in Portugal and Holland), aims to continue offering a supportive and high-quality service to all of its customers and employees.
